MV3800 contains Transceiver and micro-controller for 13.56MHz contactless communication.It is an NFC single chip solution which can be applied to Payment, e-ticketing, access control and small-sized file sharing.
MV3800 supports ISO international standard, NFC forum protocol and it can support 2 operating modes.
Reader-Writer mode supports ISO-14443A/B, ISO-15693 protocol and it can communicate with Tag at 106kbps ~ 847kbps transfer speed.
P2P mode supports ISO-18092 protocol and communicates at 847kbps maximum speed.
MV3800 also supports various interfaces, such as I¬2C, SPI, and UART to operate peripheral devices.
