MV3320 is a Camera Control Processor and Audio Application Processor. The Camera Control Processor provides the most efficient camera functions for portable terminal devices such as mobile handsets. MV3320 directly transmits and previews the RGB data to the LCD graphic memory by processing the sensor output data according to the cell phone’s command. MV3320 can allow the host processor to download with scalable sized compressed data. In addition, MV3320 can download the compressed image to either store the original RGB data or transfer the image to the LCD. This feature allows the main processor to minimize its function while obtaining the result of the image process. MV3320 can support sensors up to 2M pixels (1600x1200 resolution).Additionally, as designed for portable audio device, MV3320 supports MP3, AAC, AAC+ decoding function by using DSP of embedded Ultra low power structure. MV3320 operates software Codec as download method so that it can be used to variable audio application by applying added software Codec. MV3320 also supports NAND Flash memory/SDC/ MMC interface for data storage and USB interface.
