MV3020 is a Camera Control Processor (CCP) uniquely designed to provide the most optimized movement of image data throughout portable terminal devices such as mobile handsets. It supports 2 mega pixel resolution images and delivers 30 frames per second displays through its hardware based real-time JPEG compression and decompression.MV3020 eliminates system bottlenecks by assuming the processing load for displaying images, thus freeing up the system baseband. The 16bit/ 18bit data bus supports a wide range of interface types. The MV3020 incorporates features such as image enhancement algorithm, digital zoom, thumb-nail and EZ-OSD enabling for phone manufacturers to design products with maximized performance.
